2. Counter Notification

If you believe material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter notification that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its location prior to removal

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification

  • Your name, address, and telephone number

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which your address is located (or in Michigan, if outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice

3. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, at our sole discretion.
